Please take time to read through thoroughly and ensure you understand these terms and conditions prior to placing an order with JordiGraphics.
JordiGraphics reserves the right, at any time, to modify and discontinue, either temporarily or permanently, our graphic design policy, or any part thereof, with or without notice. Your purchase of JordiGraphics design services shows your understanding, acknowledgement, and agreement with JordiGraphics’s graphic design policy.
Client Responsibility.- Client must submit a document containing the required text for the graphic or web design. Client must submit a description of their vision, including photos, logos, required colors, “theme”, text, etc. The more detailed the description is, the better chance that the product can be designed right the first time, and skip a multiple revision process. Client may submit sketches or mockups of design ideas, or attach samples of material they have seen and like the style of. Don’t have an idea in mind, not to worry, JordiGraphics has 9 years of experience in graphic design, and can create material based on general text descriptions submitted. New – Upon ordering artwork from JordiGraphics, if you are using a model or any type of photography in the artwork, you must now provide consent from the photographer to use the image. JordiGraphics will no longer be providing model images, or any other type of stock photography free of charge in their artwork. If there is something you see on the stock image sites, or anywhere else online, the images must be purchased by the client or the fee will be added to your account.
Turnaround.- For all design work turnaround is 24 to 48 hours, rush orders are available. Turnaround for most printing is NEXTDAY, now SAMEDAY available.
Websites.- Allow 5 to 7 business days after initial screenshot design for a functioning draft of home page, once approval is received the other pages will follow. Must have complete concept & content for the site.
Payment. – For total charges grossing under $150 (not including printing) the total fee is required to be paid in full before the graphic design job is started. For total charges grossing above $150, the client agrees to pay a non-refundable fifty percent (50%) deposit of the quoted amount to begin any graphic design project, with the balance payable prior to delivery of completed graphic design. JordiGraphics accepts Paypal on all graphic design projects. Other methods of payment are optional but must be cleared by a member of management before it is accepted. JordiGraphics does not allow for projects to be paid for via check for final payments, under any circumstances.
No refunds are given once graphic design on the project begins. No exceptions!
Redesign/Revisions.- For redesigns, an additional fee must be paid. Original graphic design proof is created from the design description per the client, unless the client waives their creative responsibility. On all graphic material designed by JordiGraphics, you are allowed up to 3 revisions on the original graphic design proof. After 3 revisions, an additional fee will be applied to your account, each time the project is re-opened for redesign.
Design Proof.- JordiGraphics will provide a low-resolution JPG proof of graphic design to client. Client is only allowed to view proof and may not use the proof for any other circumstance. Once a final composition is agreed upon, JordiGraphics will issue a high resolution version for print of the material along with another low-resolution image, compatible with promoting online.
Approval of Final Artwork.- The client is required to proofread and approve the proof before the final production of graphic design or artwork. Though we work hard to avoid errors, JordiGraphics accepts no responsibility for typographical errors, spelling mistakes, or incorrect information on any project approved by a client. No refunds are given after a final approved design has been accepted after the client’s proofreading.
Copyright. – Until final payment is received in full, JordiGraphics retains ownership of all graphic design artwork. JordiGraphics reserves the rights to certain elements used to create the client’s image(s) including fonts, patterns, stock images, textures, color palettes and other non-exclusive items. JordiGraphics reserves the right to use stock images in the creation of designs if required. This cost is included in invoice supplied to the client.
